1. Deposit & Production
A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your project slot and covers initial concepting. Once production begins, this deposit is non-refundable.
2. Before Sketch Approval
If you wish to cancel after the deposit but before sketch approval, you may receive a partial refund minus the time already invested at our standard hourly rate.
3. After Sketch Approval
Once sketches are approved and production work begins, refunds are no longer available. We continue working with you through revisions until the deliverable meets the brief.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds at each production stage. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rate.
5. Quality Guarantee
If the final deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed brief, we will revise it at no extra charge until it does.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes start with a direct conversation. Most are resolved within a single revision call.
